Epilytaemiston

The elven realm of Epilytaemiston willingly joined the Taorminite empire and prospered under their rule. Their territory borders on the thick, monster-filled southern jungles and on Dwarven holds to the North, with whom they have long standing animosity. Their warriors formed the skilled archer core of the Taorminite army.   Though most at home in the sweltering tropics, the inhabitants are great travelers and traders, and are often seen on the sea or in the many nations of Casiphon.   Modern wonder: the Tree-Labyrinth of Epilytaemiston Seventeen individual Tryphaetha-trees have grown together over a millennium to form a sprawling twenty-mile wide network of gardens, streets, tunnels, swooping arches, gardens and mazes. In places the trees rise five hundred feet above the ground, and the whole complex is watered by hundreds of individual brooks and produces a perennial harvest of every sort of fruit.
