Demeter, the Bountiful Earth

Demeter is one of the three celestial saviour-titans. In the universe, her power underlies the generative power of the earth and the growth of plants, particularly crops. Her close counterpart in the dwarven pantheon is Ceres Tellutris Alita. Demeter is the patron of farmers and other workers of the land, who represents the rewards of the hard and repetitive work necessary for survival. She is the bringer of bread and other agricultural produce, prosperity and the civilisation of the wilds. Appearance: Demeter is portrayed as a tough, work-hardened woman in simple farmers garb. She is often pictured in the fields in the midst of the harvest.
