Traits

Divine Aura. The Apostle radiates divine energy in a 30-foot radius. All allies within this aura have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed, and healing effects are increased by 5 hit points.

Divine Presence. The Apostle exudes an aura of divine authority. As a bonus action, the Apostle can force all creatures of their choice within 30 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 16). On a failed save, creatures are frightened for 1 minute. A creature that succeeds on the save is immune to this ability for the next 24 hours.

Channel Divine Power (Recharge 5-6). As an action, the Apostle can call upon their divine patron to channel a powerful wave of radiant energy. All creatures within a 60-foot cone must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The Apostle can also choose to heal all allies in range for 3d10 hit points instead.

Lay on Hands (5/Day). As an action, the Apostle can restore a total of 50 hit points to a creature within touch range. The Apostle may divide these hit points among several creatures as they choose.

Actions

Holy Sword (Melee Weapon Attack):
Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) radiant damage. The sword ignites with holy fire, dealing an additional 3d6 radiant damage to fiends and undead.

Divine Smite (1/Day): When the Apostle hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, they can choose to expend a spell slot to deal an additional 3d8 radiant damage per level of the spell slot expended.

Divine Wrath (Recharge 5-6): The Apostle calls down divine judgment in a 20-foot radius. Each creature within the area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 6d6 radiant damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. The Apostle can also choose to heal allies within the radius for 4d6 hit points instead.

Legendary Actions

The Apostle of God can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Apostle regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.

Divine Rebuke. The Apostle makes a Holy Sword attack.
Healing Touch (Costs 2 Actions). The Apostle heals a creature within touch range for 3d10 hit points.
Heavenly Step (Costs 2 Actions). The Apostle can teleport to an unoccupied space within 30 feet that they can see.
