Hobtin is a small village on one of the islands of Nazuth. The island is self sufficent and doesn't have any formally established commerce or trade. This island is rarely visted due to it's small nature. Fish and small local game keep the inhabitants of Hobtin alive. Luckly, most of the inhabitants are gnomes and don't require a lot of resources to live.
