Seas
The names of seas and oceans around Carrisor typically begin with the word “Sea,” which in the East is spelled “Si.”
The North: The icy sea in the northwest is the Aspien, or Aspien Sea. Its counterpart in the east has no name, and is always frozen solid. It is usually considered a Northern stretch of the Siwassel.
The West: Between Colloda and Carrisor lies the Biastisinia, usually called the Bisia (Bye-SEA-uh), so called because it bisects the “old” and “new” worlds. Southward of this is the Seagrave, separating Sierin, Colluda, and the Durian Isles.
The East: The sea running down the east side of the continent has many names, from Siwassel in the north, then Siouet, Siblun, and Kosi in the south.
The Center: The Seacint (literally, the Center Sea) is the busiest waterway in the world, connecting the trading giant of Sierin with the ports of eastern Carrisor.
