Small Folk
Dwarves, Gnomes, and Halflings are all closely related and are often grouped together by other races. They frequently live in close proximity with each other and are trusting of one another. The stout and long-lived dwarves of Canim are one of the most prominent and influential people, thanks to their strength as warriors, their reliability as builders and crafters, and their wisdom and acumen in matters of wealth. The inventive gnomes on the other hand, are valued for their contributions to science and technology. Halflings have found their place in the world as the most industrious farmers, and as stalwart defenders of hearth and home. The Small Folk tend to be good friends with humans, but are typically untrusting of Beastfolk, and especially of the Fey.
