The Old World

  The citizens of the Basin have spotty and incomplete records of what life was like in Old Imperium. What little information that remains was passed down via oral tradition, and much of that has been lost.   What is known is that prior to its utter destruction at the hands of the Nilroggi (creatures of Old Imperium's own making), the Empire was the largest and most powerful in the world, and had been the dominant political entity for more than a thousand years.
