The Veil
It is unknown whom created the Veil, its clear from religious texts that Malandra does not take credit for its creation but is the realm she inhabits. This is where mortals go if they where non violent and did there best to respect life and work towards the betterment of the mortal realm.
This is also where celestial beings are created a truly devout, good soul can be knighted into one of @malandra's angels here.
