Not much is known about this realm. A single writing of a lunatic spell caster from the Mortal Realm is all that exists to detail to the realm of mortals the deafening winds that plague this realm -- these winds a cry of something lost and never to return.

This realm is full of magical power but its extremely difficult to tap into this realms magic, and doing so seems to tether a casters own arcane tether to the Shadowlands; an undesired side affect of many who have tried.
