Tabordager
They're like green crabs (but humanoid), with a hard carapace and claw-like hands and eyes on stalks. Have a rich tradition of quixotic stories where their heroes fight and probably lose against much bigger enemies.
Overall they're pretty smart, but they devote a lot of that intelligence toward finding drastic situations to prove themselves with.
