Bloodscale Empire
Not much is known about the empire, other than it’s location south of the Kingdom of Solis. It is a region with a lot of volcanic activity and constant political in-fighting between the ruling class of dragon lords.
The only contact that Kingdom has with the Empire is the yearly envoys sent between nations to celebrate their non-aggression pact.
