Davy Jones
The dread ghost that wanders the seas. To see his ship is considered the greatest of ill omens, for it is the original ghost ship. To hear his laugh is to spend the night sleepless in wondering who will be dead before morning.
Legends say he can appear on foggy nights, luring foolhardy sailors to their deaths. Tasked with ferrying the souls of the dead to where they belong, he has doomed nearly as many as he has set free of their watery prison. Resentful and vindictive, he cannot rest until the Sea Spirits no longer hear the cries of those lost beneath their waves.
