Sea Horn
The Sea horn is a local delicacy, popular in the coast towns among the shoreline of the Macanora Peninsula. This sea cucumber is gathered in the shallow coastal waters , then grilled on a skewer over open fire and afterwards sprinkled with fresh lemon juice.
You can find vendors selling this delicacy on almost every port town street corner or market.
