Bustling around the Palace like an embrace, the town of Snowcloak boasts the majority of the citizens within the Citadel. Hunters are all but considered heroes, bringing back meat and fur and fuel for the people - a people who know better than to trust easily. It is considered a crime to allow a fire to burn out, here.
