Return to Leviva I Report

Before leaving, the group took a quick detour back to the goblin caves, finding not much of worth, apart from the badly beaten corpse of a human, probably crushed by he Girallon in it's escape. Following the road back west, the group soon came to the cart that they had left rigged as a bomb. The bomb had indeed gone off, but hadn't taken out goblins as they had hoped, but instead appeared to have killed a group of four young farmers, barely out of their teens. The group buried them, and moved on quickly.   That night, Levi tried the red mushroom drink, and it left her in a raging bad mood, which the group left Gaya to deal with. Meanwhile, Straadmere and Morthran both began work on designing new weaponry. Continuing on the next day, the group made good time back to the main road, where they parted ways with Gaya. She told them that, if they were ever back in the woods, they were always welcome at the sanctuary.   Now heading north, the group were stopped on the road by a heavily armed figure backed up by golden mask wearing cronies. It was... Bardain? But it soon resolved to be Rikke, inhabiting Bardain's corpse. The ancient spirit was not dead, and had possessed the body of the group's former ally, taking one his swords with him. The newly raised Rikke greeted the adventurers as if they were old friends, before launching an attack on them, with the help of golden mask clad corpses under his command...
