Once infernal patron of Gadaffi, Berne, and Harpine, Tephra's identity and true nature remains largely unknown. Known for speaking in a driveling cackle, this dark entity wields control through star-like obsidian pieces offered or forced upon its subjects.
These corrupting artifacts were various spiny, jet black, and often visceral artifacts. To Nath'rys, Tephra appeared as shadow puppets around a cold, lavender campfire. She referred to herself as 'Mother' reaching out in haunting phantasms. Rampant speculation implicates Tephra in the creation or distribution of the Mourning Star.
Tephra's possessed gnoll persuading Gadaffi to attack a former acolyte.
