Military
Each jansölschoü, or settlement, provides a tuchsietwautsdt, or warband, to the achu that is leading the war effort. These are comprised of citizens who have undergone training and martial education since they were children at the nearest wäeuope. Each of the achu are guarded by specially selected iemebaugnu (literally translated to range-men), who protect them in the field and the capitol when not at war. Gronskaedorian society is highly militarized, with every able bodied individual having training in hand axes, shields, and spears. The wealthy will often have a wider range of training, and better equipment, but even the poorest family will have weapons and armor they've passed down within the family. This is thanks to near constant threats to their lands, from marauding giants and dragons, to the ambitions of the Empire of Umenor, and more beyond.
Religion
The pantheon of Gronskaedor is comprised of primarily of an aspect of Vuglan (as god of struggle and strength of arms) as the head, followed by the aspects of Taeora (as god of rune magic and the mystical), Thuses (as god of death and finality), Ilos (as god of light and life), and Aias (as god of collective effort).
