Adam Borowski, after being injured gravely at work, watches as a man is executed after being arrested for opposing the current regime of the president, as news of the "Presidential Life" Act spread through the country. He gets an idea that, maybe, if he manages to rally popular support, he can get Poland to be whatever he'd wish.
