Les Mystères
Les Mystères is a loose confederation of spiritualists from numerous walks of life and belief systems. The organization started with bokors of New Orleans sharing their experiences with the spiritual world and spread from there. They've since learned methods of allowing spirits to inhabit their bodies to channel unique powers called the Rites Du Cheval. They act as Hunters primarily interested in targeting werewolves, believing them to separate the world of flesh from the world of spirit.
Status (Les Mystères)
In addition to the usual benefits afforded by the Status Merit, a member gains the following:
1 Dot: You have 9-again on mortal interactions with ephemera.
3 Dots: Choose a benefit relating to your path within Les Mystères:
- Path of Fellowship: Gain 2 dots in Allies, representing people you've helped.
- Path of Spirits: +1 bonus on Occult rolls involving spirits. This stacks with specializations.
- Path of Beasts: Gain 2 dots of Contacts with knowledge of different types of supernatural creatures
- Path of The Soul: +1 Resolve when opposing supernatural attempts to control your mind.
5 Dots: Gain a 3 dot Retainer, in the form of a student you've been entrusted to teach.
