Katrina Belet

Captain Belet is the Captain of Delim's City Guard, coordinating forces for street patrols, protection of the gates, and forces of paladin's from Helm's temple. She manages to keep track of every guard official on every patrol, but her grasp of everything else seems to be a little loose as a result.
