They, too, were born outside of Goloma traditions and travel alone in the world for reasons all their own.
They work as a Traveler and Explorer with next to no interactions with any humanoid race before hearing the "Voice of the Wind".
Psychically Linked to their dear beloved Sibling completely while together, but only in their dreams when apart
Psychically they have learned much information through them as well as the skills to speak decently and convincing as a leader, as well act the part of their Twin flawlessly.
