A well presented and hidden secret in Koranaxil. The Wilted Rose is a Mafia-esk group of primerily women.
Their leader known as The Blue Thorn, has led them to moderate success within the city walls standing as one of the major powers on the streets.
Bribes and corruption keep the majority of their dealings hidden from the public.
They operate primerally out of the Docks district.
Members will have a tattoo of a wilted rose somewhere on thier body.
