Rak
Owner of Thane's head inn and gambling den in New Wayford, Rak is a ghoul. It's not clear when he died of ghoul fever, nor will he answer such questions.
He set up the Thane's Head and created a gambling den shortly after arriving in town and now seems utterly focused on amassing as much wealth as he can.
