Photinia Sullsus
Photinia is a highly charismatic individual, despite starting from unfavorable beginnings she has risen to the heights of the Chair of Cities.
A rather unusual progression through the ranks, Photinia has followed the traditional form of challenging her seniors in a place of her peers, agreeing to the various duels, yet when it came to fighting these duels her opponents never showed, they'd withdrawn, fled the country, or opted for a loss by not showing.
This rapid rise through the ranks would have led to questions if Photinia weren't so good at what she does. Under her watch the running and development of towns and cities through out Kalites has been transformed, with low skilled individuals being employed by the cities to keep them clean and tidy, maintaining garden areas and other such civic duties. Significant research has gone into magics to improve both the speed and the quality of creating buildings.
Photinia is currently leading a team in researching improved intercity transport, hoping that this breakthrough might give her the leverage to aim for the Archmages seat on the council
