Sir Henric fen Tiltsbourn (a.k.a. Henny)
Henric Tiltsbourn is a well known Runic scrib and enchanter.
He runs a small shop within the Merchents district of Koranaxil known as "Tilted Runes".
While he studdied at the High College of Magic, He found an interest in Runes, enscribing and enchanting. Building his studies around these, Henric graduated with honours and moved back to Koranaxil and opened his shop.
His shop only takes orders by referal and is in high demand.
