Eulayi Hixoli
Eulayi Hixoli is a devout priestess of the god Ixen, her fervor only increased when her latent sorcery awoke in her early twenties, demonstrating Ixens blessings further. She quickly began rising through the ranks after this awakening of additional power, driven by her belief that Ixen wanted her to reach greater heights, why else would these powers have been given to her.
After attaining the position of head of the Church of Ixen in Kalites by her mid forties, she looked to the Council of Chairs as her next step to showing the power of her god and the gifts bestowed on her. It quickly became apparent that Eulayi was both an exceptional spell caster, of her divinely gifted ones, and those sorcerous powers that ran through her blood, and she was utterly ruthless in taking positions above her. Having one of the highest number of fatalities in these duels for many years it did not take her long to reach the position of Chair of Faith.
Since attaining the Chair five years ago Eulayi has been the voice of the divine conclave within the council pushing for greater consultation with the Churches over matters of state importance, she has to some degree been successful in this, though mostly this has been because of her gifted strategic mind and utterly merciless nature has provided some valuable insights into Council matters
