Elyse
Owner of The Griffon Inn in New Wayford, Elyse is a grouchy, bad-tempered zombie, constantly sure she's forgotten something important and oft blaming those around her for it. However, she recalls her own difficulties when she first rose and takes a kinder view to those new to undeath, letting them rest in the old rooms of the inn for a nominal fee or manual labour.
