The Icey wastes Report

Leaving the safety of Thinduos and heading up the mountain, the party quickly ran in to some issues. A mistake in fallowing their intended path coupled with a Bloodsnow blizzard sent them seeking shelter for nearly 6 hours. The effects of the blood snow left Xarxes Ulgathian feeling strangely nauseous and weak but he recovered after a time.   Once the blizzard abated Korver used his great shield and size to plow though the snow making a safe path for the party to fallow. They wandered lost for a bit longer before getting back on the right track.   Not far from the dragons cave they were attacked from the air by some eyrines and their spine devil minions. The battle was tough, with Xarxes Ulgathian  loosing consciousness for a time and Alister ending up poisoned by the eyrines. In the end the devils were vanquished leaveing only a note instructing them to kill Jacob.   Weakened from the battle and fighting agesnt the bitter cold the party slowly made there way deeper in to the blinding blizzard and bone chilling cold approaching ever closer to the dragons cave. Once there they decided to rest using the spell Liams Tiny Hut to help keep the cold at bay.
