Session 5 Happy Hag Hunting Report

The party worked their way though the forest traveling deeper until the structure of reality started to warp and they found themselves in a small part of the wood that has become infused with the magic of the hags   Eventually they entered a thicket with three large tree trunks and a group of ogres lounging about. The ogres pointed them to the door of the center tree and the door opened to gran them entry.   Inside the three hags were waiting for them. inside the party also found a cage containing three young girls and another one with a half dead goblin. The air was tense as the party moved in to speak with the hags   Auntie Sophia Tombfoot: the oldest most ancient of the hags and leader of the coven was incharge of most of the negotiations.   Mother Nancy Fowlstirrer : the middle aged hag was obsessed with scar and wanted to keep him as her very own   Bitter Gertrude Moonbite was the youngest hag and had little to say mostly observing and munching on the mushrooms that grew about her body.   negotiations quickly broke down and battle broke out. after a few rounds the two younger hags were wounded and Sophia gathered up the children threatening to crush them if the party did not settle down.   Korver had little tolerance for dealing with the hags but eventually a deal was struck.   In exchange for the three children, the party would take a list of the 20 unfulfilled contracts for the town of Hvegils and return with the offending  oath breakers in two weeks time. afterwards the hags would have a year and a day to find a new home and the party would not seek them out for any ill will. if the party failed to present the oath breakers they would present them selves in their stead. Korver is the only party member exempt from presenting himself if the oath-breakers can not be presented.   The party left after that with the children in tow and feeling none to sure of themselves.
