Deònaidh MacCathbharra is Steward of Valin'Cuain and a visionary. As one of the youngest Stewards in memory, Deònaidh has been pushing to advance her city into the future. She has adopted modern policy on magic and radicaly pursued modern architecture and technology. She has spen the last 3 years personally overseeing the constructions of the Aero Mooring, currently little more than a 10 story tower with a lattice work of strange metal scaffolds protruding out of its top. Deònaidh swears that before the century closes, ships of the air will dock at her tower bringing trade from across Breon to her city.
