The Moon
The moon has a weird effect on the world. If affects dreams, rage and animals. Elves, dragons, lycanthropes and tabaxi all have a connection to it. Some say it has a mind of its own. During the full moon, moon druids get a boost in power, as do dragons, lycanthropes, tabaxi, and Jira specifically. Jira in particular, goes into an unquenchable fury on nights of the full moon.
