One of the most prominent and beloved of the Fleet Admirals. A Half-orc with superhuman abilities with an outward belief of justice to all. Touted as a demonstration of the equality and justice the company claims to represent. His total black and white way of thinking means he's a total monster that will kill anyone for any perceived slight against the Company, but has a great public image. Simple minded. Granted his superhuman abilities by Theodorax.
