Ultralithid that sails around in a downed nautiloid, called the Dreaming Dark. Weilds a cutlass in each tentacle. Broke free of a mind flayer colony and values freedom, but only to those who deserve it. Enslaves everyone else. Works for one of the Pirate Lords (not Jira)
