The Lower Quarter
This is where many of the newer residents of New Aurelia have made a home. Recent growth in the city has gentrified this area a bit. The Naughty Nymph, a tavern, was infamous for its raucous parties and seedy clientele, in the last decade or so, a lot of the people who would frequent the lower quarter have moved across the Penbrooke river to the skirt. The Lower quarter is the new midtown, say those trying to sell houses in the area.
