Yumont (You-mont)

Yumont is mainly self sufficient, but generates gold for the sake of expanding the town. The way in which they earn coin is through the abundance of rare, delicious fish found in the southern end of 'The Great Pinch'. The soils Yumont were founded on are extremely nutrient rich, and over hundreds of years those nutrients have allowed the fish near the town to become exeptionally healthy. The salinity of the water surrounding yumont also plays a large part in their prosperity, as it is the ideal aquatic climate to grow and cultivate oysters and pearls.    The fertility in the soil and water has allowed Yumont to become the producer of the most sought after seafood in all of lornia. They ship pearls across the country, and occasioanlly ship fish (Guarded by knights, and kept fresh by a team of mages) to Frievenb for Bahsin 's banquets.

The citizens of Yumont pride Themselves on Yumont's many Fishing-posts, which they use to launch up to thirty rowboats, to go out and catch fish.
