The Crimson Hold

The Crimson Hold is a long established pirate guild, made up of viciously loyal followers.   Established in 10471, The Crimson Hold has had a vicegrip on the town of Sintallen, their main port of operations. The hold doesnt establish a particuarly opressive presence in the towns they caputre, only a 10% tarriff on gold that changes hands, as an offering for Grull.   The Crimson Hold is run by Grull, a half orc man with an affinity for gold. He worked his way to leadership of the Hold through many years of plunder and battle. He has a remarkable knack for combat, but is also unusually proficient in spellcasting, especially for an orc. He uses his magical ability to enhance his prowess in battle.   The other most prominent member of The Crimson Hold is Ash, a tabaxi with more blood on her hands than anyone is comfortable conversing about. She operates the black market, and is Grull's left hand woman.   Whenever she undertakes a job she is quick, deadly and extremely precise.   The makeshift headquarters of The Crimson Hold is based out of The Murky Deep Inn, a frequent spot for the less than laweful pirates.     The Murky Deep Inn is operated by Rag and 'Fe (pronounced fee), two chummy orcish brothers.   On the surface these two may seem friendly, but rag is an informant for the Crimson hold, and getting on his bad side will have word straight to Grull.   'Fe isnt a member of the crimson hold, despite his brothers allegiance.   They get all of their ale from the Sintallen Brewery, which attracts most of sintallens tourists.
