The Conclave

The Conclave is a governmental group established in the territory of Gerteria in the year 9984, the year the final tyranical chromatic dragon was subdued. The Conclave is composed of various figures, headed by three individuals, Sir Orlay Green, Sir Calen Green and the now deceased Madame Minister Taereal Kimirin Xoresh. Orlay is a gnomish man with an extreme interest in science and the arcane. He has been leading since the Conclaves inception, as he posesses the magical prowess to cease his aging. Calen is a human man around 70 years old, extremely well presented and leader of Gerterias military. He has a keen eye for the art of war, and his command has meant rapid and prosperous expansion for Gerteria. Taereal is an elvish woman in charge of the economic portion of Gerteria, but was seen as the figurehead by the general public. Cold, Commanding and precise, Taereal aimed to bring great wealth and comfort to the citizens of Gerteria. She was assasinated by an unknown assailant at the Festival of the Two Moons, on the 28th of Helmak. Every city in Gerteria has its own leader implimented by the conclave who takes care of the official business in said cities, but apart from necessary duties they lead quite remotely. The cities within Gerteria are relatively independent from the Conclave.
