Being the overseer of Oakrun and a high council member of the conclave, Elune is a human woman held in high regard by her peers. The depth of Elune and Bryce's relationship is unknown to the party, apart from Bryce being Elune's administrator, and their shared last name. She is relatively distant, but welcoming to those who can benefit oakrun, and furthermore the conclave.
