Government
Council of Ministers and at one point the city and planet of Bajor was governed by the Cardassian Union
Infrastructure
Contained a mix of low, older buildings, Cardassian buildings like the prison complex (where thousands of Bajorans will be tortured and executed)as well tall skyscrapers rising to beveled peaks. The Prison rests atop a wide, low hill, where the Great Museum of Ashalla stood for several thousand years before the Cardassians arrived.
