Sensing a need for organized government, an Alemar council is formed. This council is called the 'Gathering of the Twelve", and is composed of wise advisers, powerful mages, and strong warriors. They discuss the needs of the people, and convene several times before making a final decision.
Sensing the need for a powerful central leader, the Council of the Twelve select Bhyrindaar, a powerful warrior-mage to lead their people. Bhyrindaar is crowned Emperor, and it is said that the Heavens sang out in celebration of the 'Anointed One'
Bhyrindaar, the First Emperor of the Alemar, begins his 'Belou Daghr', which translates to "Great Cleansing". After years of harassment by the Dwarves of the Kitnok Valley, he raises his forces and launches a total war campaign upon the Dwarves.
After a ten year long campaign, Bhyrindaar finds the last enclave of Dwarven resistance. Slaughtering most and capturing the rest, Bhyrindaar burns the last of the Dwarves publicly.
It is said that Bhyrindaar tamed his own personal dragon. This dragon, who was known as Rodyn, supposedly submitted to Bhyrindaar after failing to best him in combat.
Upon his death bed, it is said that the great warrior king Yvlios ascended from his mortal body in a great display of supernatural energy. Those who witnessed the event said that they were blessed by the presence of the Gods themselves.
Bhyrindaar marches on a nation of men who challenged his presence in the region by killing explorers, raiding caravans, and capturing several members of the Alemar court. In Bhyrindaar's usual fashion, total war was declared, and the Maja Bre people annihilated with swift righteous. Legend states that Bhyrindaar flew into battle on the back of Rodyn for several key battles. The war was over in a short nine months.
Bhyrindaar is offered deityhood by the Gods, he accepts, leaving the reality of the mortals and joining the powers above. He takes his position as the Deity of Elvenkind.
Zidasebir, the second Emperor of the Alemar, is crowned in Instial.
The new emperor, Zidasebir, declares war on the Yurani in hopes of expanding the borders of his domain. This action is frowned upon by many of the Alemar, as there is little gain to fighting offensive wars for the Alemar. Disappointed minds turned into ones full of spite and anger as the war began to turn against the favor of the Alemar.
The first Urdani warrior is created by the Yurani. These legendary warriors begin to rapidly turn the tide in the favor of the Yurani.
The Great Elven Schism begins, as hundreds of thousands of Alemar break free from the Divine Domain.
The First Aeta, beginning with the unification of twelve tribes under Marcus the Conqueror, the First King of the Aratans.
Under the rule of King Artacai 'the Great', 12 of the largest human tribes in Shogax were formed under one banner, known as the Aratan Kingdom. This event is also known as 'Unification Day'
Artacai, the new King of the Aratans, gathered his Aethe and their men and marched towards Ulgaaamori, an Elf city. Upon reaching it, it was razed, beginning the Aratan-Utican War, which is also known as the War of the Kinds.
Artacai the Great, the man who united humanity in Shogax dies peacefully in his bed. He passes his rule to his son, Aelfwin.
A Woold Elf exploration team, led by Coslaas, discovered a group of lizard like beings existing along the coast of the lake within the Vesluna Forest. Initial contact with them is violent, and ends with the death of six lizards and three of the five Wood Elf explorers
The Nuven Houses break out into a massive civil war, forming two sides, the Graytons and the Revisionists. The Graytons believed that further efforts should be made to distance themselves from the influence of the Alemar, while the Revisionist believed that they needed to reconsolidate with the Alemar, as well as appease the Gods to lift their curse.
The Alemar come into contact with humanity for the first time in the form of the Yurnen, men of the great Yurnen Desert. The Yurnen claim to have inhabited the dunes for thousands of years.
The crown that was bestowed upon Artacai the Great is stolen from its resting place. Mercenaries and vigilantes set out to find the thief, but he is never found.
An Alemar exploration team discovers a group of nomadic humans roaming the steppe of the East coast, beyond the Swathian Mountains. After initial contact, the Alemar sends diplomats into their territory, whom never returned.
The Alemar town of Jhaluni is utterly destroyed by a massive horde of undead that approached during the night. The blame was put on the minority Dark Elves, who were known to practice Necromancy in controlled forms.
Alemar and High Elves, outraged by the events at Jhaluni, took to the streets in their towns and attacked any Dark Elves they could find. Their homes were burned, their businesses destroyed, and many were dragged out onto the streets and beaten to death by mobs.
In a response to the many days of unrest, the Alemar EmperorĀ Thalolvi formed the Thokku Guard, a specialized group of soldiers designed to stop the riots and destruction, with the dual purpose of finding and gathering all of the Dark Elves. Emperor Thalovi ensured the Dark Elves that they would be gathered in a new place designed to keep them safe. However, it was soon discovered that the Thokku were forcefully rounding up the Dark Elves. This of course was supported by many of the Elves within the Alemar, who helped with the effort.
After a nearly two year long effort, all Dark Elves had been rounded up. Those who could not flee in time were put into holding camps where they were systematically killed until hiding Dark Elves revealed themselves. The Alemar used these cruel tactics to speed up the process of finding thousands of missing Dark Elves. Once the Alemar were satisifed with their numbers, the remaining Dark Elves were put onto a small island known as 'Nowhare' to be banished for the rest of eternity. Historians say that the figures of Dark Elves killed are in the tens of thousands. Only a small number lived long enough to make it to Nowhare.
The 2nd Aeta, beginning with the Crisis of the 2nd Aeta, marking a time of turmoil and strife for the Aratans.
The practice and use of Necromancy is outlawed in all territories under the Aratan banner. The punishment for Necromancy is death.
The Cataclysm occurs. Different accounts claim that different disasters occurred. Many claim that Orcs flooded the continent in massive droves, other claim that floods and earthquakes destroyed the continent, and some even claim that the Deities unleashed their Celestials upon Shogax, eventually destroying it.
The 3rd Aeta marks the arrival of the Aratans to Shaeral, and the following wars and conquest.
