Anyaeroe will sacrifice the matrilineal heir of Valissia to resurrect her as a Bloodborn Wraith to reunite the Reaver Cults and return them to power and glory.     SETTING Blood is the life-force of all creatures. So it stands to reason that such a powerful substance would also be significant in magic. As everyone has blood, everyone can theoretically wield magic. The difficulty is that channelling that magic requires dragon bone. Bone wands are able to be inherited down the paternal line for males and maternal line for females.   Bloodmagic is a world of fantasy races, empires, kingdoms, principalities and republics. Some societies are technologically equivalent to our medieval period, while the most advanced are breaking into the renaissance, mass printing and man-portable gunpowder weapons.
