Dominus

Dominus is the great city of intrigue, greed, ambition and obedience. It is a here that souls loyal to Grimal, God of Tyranny reside after their death. Within the great central city looms the towering Palace of Chains where Grimal himself resides. Within the city each entity serve a purpose and a master, only by pleasing a master and aiding them in gaining power do these lower souls increase in status and power, often by betraying their previous master. It is a city where the great game of politics is ever played and the jails overflow with souls that failed Grimal, who are then tortured by higher standing entities that guide the rest of the city's ambitious folk.
