Discordia

A realm of perpetual night, home to the city of Discordia itself. A city of chaos, mayhem and disorderly conduct where the black market is public and only the most powerful and dangerous tools hidden from all but the worthiest. The souls within never receive severe punishment for acts that capture them, only losing some of their personal status. The wealthiest and most favored servants however can get away with nearly everything, provided the bribes are large enough to cover up the crimes themselves. Those that are "killed" are not actually destroyed, instead they are reborn somewhere else, with lower status and may simply try once more to attain power. Within this city of politics, thieves and lyers all vie for power for the amusement and blessings of Scirri, Goddess of Desire
