Futhorica
The Futhorica is the most senior body of mages in the kingdom of Eremere. It is led by Archalban Wulfric Stifford who also represents it on the king's council. All members of the Futhorica, known as albans, are mages but not all mages are members. Albans of the Futhorica are the only legally sanctioned mages in Eremere and for the most are the only widely socially accepted magic users in the kingdom. As such, they wear distinctive garments to make their status clear.
