Effect

Lightning crashes down on the user, any creature the caster can touch takes 6d6 Lightning damage and needs to make a Constitution saving throw. Fails are launched back 10 feet and knocked prone; Success deals half damage and the creature is not moved nor knocked prone.

Side/Secondary Effects

The user and anyone else under the portal also gets injured, dealing half as much damage

Manifestation

As the user casts the spell, a portal lined with lemon clouds appear 30 feet over the caster leading to the world of raining thunder. An erroneous shot slung by one of the gods, hits the caster and anyone near them.

The spell can be cast any time as long as there is nothing blocking the portal. If the directory to the caster is blocked by a ceiling, the spell hits the structure directly over the user. Anyone near or on the trajectory when these conditions are met, the damage would be dealt on the impact.
