Employment
Lord Nicholas spent many years as a sellsword, then coming into the service of Lord Rogar Bolton as the sworn shield to his daughters Lyanna and Beth. After Lord Bolton rose against the king in favour of the usurper Maekar Falseborn the Dreadfort and all of its lands and incomes were granted to Mordvig by Lord Aegor Bittersteel, who was Hand of the King at the time.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Lord Nicholas is an accomplished commander and skilled fighter, during the campaign against the Vale, he personally led his men, during the Battle outside the Gates of the Moon he commanded the right flank, he dueled against the enemy commander, Ser Edmund Templeton, slaying the knight despite grievous wounds to himself. When Ironborn raiders attacked and seized Widow's Watch, Lord Mordvig led the assault to retake the castle.
