Sim Balmuthkin
Sim is the king of the Bluescale Kobolds. After losing a duel to Orin Dustfoot, he was taken prisoner for his crimes against the Didstail Commonwealth. After striking up an unlikely friendship with fellow inmate, Bromwell Morgan, Sim realized that the virtues of cooperation extended far beyond his own tribe.
Sim is also the father of 15 unhatched kobolds. The 2 mothers of these eggs are winged kobolds, so Sim is hoping his progeny have wings as well. He intended for them to learn to fight from him, and for them to study under Zakko the Inventor and Kal-Kal the Sorcerer. He once believed that one of them would become the champion of Balmuth, winning back his favor from the Grung.
