Formation of Valtuena Confederation

Founding

After many years of mutual protection alliances being held between the various clans and settlements in the Arian Region the Valtuena Confederation was formed in order to prevent further conflict between outsiders and Confederation members.

The Valtuena Compact was signed by representatives from almost all the Orcish Tribes, and Dwarven Clans in Arian region of the Notria continent. The Confederation largely protected its members from outside encroachment, and from each other as well.
