Panzerkampfwagen II Ausf L
The Panzer II Ausf L Luchs (Lynx) is considered by some to be the sports car of the Panzer world. A reconnaissance vehicle with ether a 20mm or 50mm main gun that was first issued in 1942 with a limited production run of just over 130 vehicles, followed by another 100 vehicles over the 1943-44 period. The Luchs saw action in Russia and France as the standard reconnaissance vehicle.

Luchs 5cm (50mm KwK 39 L/60) Gun: Instead of the 20mm KwK gun the last 30 or more vehicles were manufactured with a 50mm KwK 39 L/60 Gun as the main armament in an open toped turret, with stowage space for 60 rounds. These vehicles were not issued to units until 1943 and were extremely rare.
