LT vz.35 Light Tank – Panzer 35t

The LT vz.35 light tank suffered from a number of problems caused by a rushed development process, but over time these errors were found and remedied. As a Skoda commercial product the LT vz.35 light tank was purchased by Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary (as the R-2), Latvia, Peru, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey. The tank made use of a riveted and bolted design, a problematic side effect was that if the vehicle was hit by anti-tank fire the rivet heads may pop off and fly around the interior of the vehicle with deadly effects. After the German army overran the country the Skoda tank works came under German management and future production was directed towards the German army. Existing tanks manufactured to fill orders placed by other countries were confiscated. In German service the vehicle was known as the Panzer 35t.

Assisted Mechanical Steering: The steering of the vehicle included compressed-air mechanical assistance, unfortunately this system tended to freeze in cold weather and lock up. In weather conditions that cause snow the steering system suffers a 45% chance it will freeze each day. If frozen up, a character can attempt to get the system working again with a DC30 Repair skill check per hour.
